We specialize in making your home a place where buyers aspire to live. Using our advanced training and our innate sense of style we transform a vacant home into a warm and inviting abode, or using what you already own and love we help you edit some items and add others to make over your home into a  buyers dream (owner occupied staging).  We are also experienced at furnishing and decorating vacation home rentals.  


Vacant home staging is critical for getting the best price for your home. Did you know that staged homes receive many more views than vacant homes? This leads to more offers and a faster sale.  Only 10% of buyers can actually visualize the potential of a home.

  • I walk through your home to take measurements and pictures of the space so that I can find the right pieces from my inventory to style your rooms.
  • I work with you on the number of rooms I stage.  I provide recommendations based on nationwide statistics, and my experience in the market, for the most effective end result.
  • I provide you with two to three estimates to make sure I are working within your budget.
  • I use furniture and accessories I own to keep the price affordable.

Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.

I have you change your perspective and think about your home from a buyers perspective.  We talk about what most buyers are looking for as it relates to your home.  We come prepared with fill in the blank reports to help us cover every area including outside. 

  • The consultation starts with a phone conversation so that I gather enough information to properly prepare for the appointment.
  • We will complete a custom Staging Report as we walk through your home.  The staging report includes all that was discussed in an easy to read format that includes example photos and a shopping list.  When I leave you have all the tools you need to make the changes we discuss.
  • We will discuss everything that will help your home sell faster and for more money.  

We ask the Home Owner to set out all their best accessories on their dining room or kitchen table so we know what we have to work with at a glance
