Here is a sampling of some of my work...

Don't gamble with your most valuable asset!

Bremerton Water View - Sold

Sold before it went on the market.  Lovely spacious home. Furniture and accessories helped it shine!

Bremerton Condo - Sold

Pending in 2 days.  The colors inside reflect the colors outside the windows with a the water view. I highlighted the features and focal points using furniture placement and rules of design.

Bonney Lake - Pending

Pending in 5 days.  I used furniture to block off a very open floor plan and define the rooms from Living Room, to Kitchen, to Dining Room.  This home has such an elegant feel to it I am sure the new owners will have a great time decorating.

Tacoma - SOLD

Sold in 24 hours.  Soothing natural colors can make the space feel more lavish.  Adding the greenery softens the space and makes it more inviting for buyers to enter the room.

Bremerton - SOLD

First offer in 48 hours.  Any space in your home that my leave a buyer questioning its purpose is a room that will benefit from staging.

Bremerton - SOLD

Sold in under 24 hours.  Consider staging an office in your home if it is for sale.  Right now in the age of COVID offices are a must in almost every home.  This is a home that was completely remodeled by one of the home flippers I regularly work with.  The home is so gorgeous and essentially a new build by the time I add my staging it is no wonder that someone purchased it right away.

Bremerton - SOLD

Sold in under 48 hours.  This condo in Bremerton had been completely remodeled.  I was able to turn it into a showcase!  I have staged many units in this complex, but this was by far my favorite.

Port Orchard - SOLD

I love a good challenge!  This house needed some love.  My goal was to emphasize it's great features and show what a diamond in the rough it really was.

I absolutely love staging homes that need some updating.  That is where I really get to use my skills and training.

Bremerton - SOLD

Sold in 24 hours.  This home had been renovated and felt new, but the layout was a little unusual.  Staging made all the difference in defining the spaces.  Without a purpose to a space many home buyers will leave not interested in the home.  Only 10% of buyers can picture what the space could be with their items in place.

Silverdale - SOLD

Sold in under 24 hours.  Using bright pops of color helped this home stand out in photos in a good way.  The family friendly layout of the home made it fun to emphasize the different spaces in this house.

Port Orchard - SOLD

This home near the water sold in 48 hours.  I chose accessories that complemented each room by color and size, enhancing the features of the home.  This is a starter home that any family would be happy to call home!

Lakewood - SOLD

This light and bright home received an offer in less than 24 hours.  I used the furniture to showcase the size of each room.  The home appeared small from the outside, but when you walked through and experienced a full family room, eat in kitchen, dining room and formal living room, the house felt perfect for a family with kids.

NE Tacoma - SOLD

This open concept home was a buyers dream.  The views of Dash Point were highlighted by the furniture positioning.  The sellers made it easy by updating the carpet and painting the walls.  The space felt new when you walked in the door.

Belfair - SOLD

This cute lakefront cabin was lacking in color until the staging was added.  The staging created a welcoming environment for potential buyers.  They didn't have to imagine the possibilities because it was all shown to them.  This cabin sold in under a week from the staging date.

South Tacoma - SOLD

22 offers on this home in 48 hours make it a record for me. It sold for well over asking price, making the seller and the broker beyond happy. Staging seems to have the biggest impact on small houses and dated houses.  The staging made a huge impact here!

Port Orchard - SOLD

This home was set in the woods.  It sold faster and for more than the owners had expected. The living room and 2 family rooms made it really spacious.  The splashes of red décor made it really stand out!

University Place - SOLD

This home had been on the market for months with no interest until I staged it.  Once staged the traffic increased and it received multiple offers.  The buyers eyes were no longer focused on minor defects when the staging was in place, making this home easy to love.

I have used Leah Nitz (Divine Design Staging) twice for staging and both times I truly feel that her staging was a contributing factor to procuring a sale.

Both homes were vacant and quite different.  One home was a 3000+ sq. ft. daylight basement in McCormick Woods; the other, a rambler built in the 1930’s.

For the large McCormick Woods home, Leah was sensitive to my budget and strategically selected a few rooms that wood benefit the most from her staging.  Her placement of furniture and décor immediately welcomed each prospective buyer into the home and it sold quickly.

The second home was a small, older home that had some furniture left behind by the seller.  Leah incorporated the seller’s furniture with hers and it worked beautifully.  She used a color theme throughout the house and it brightened up the entire home.  This home had been on the market for months and, after Leah’s staging, we received an offer within weeks.

I highly recommend Leah Nitz to any broker who is considering staging a home.

Leah with Divine Design Staging staged my home using my furniture and accessories. I was amazed at the difference! My living room looked new and fresh when she was done. Leah was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Divine Design Staging!

Leah did an amazing job staging our home. The suggestions she made were practical and made a huge impact. We had multiple offers the first weekend thanks to her staging.
